As stated in other reviews, the company has been non-responsive during the past month, even for current clients like me. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm changing my registered agent service to a new firm. Marc has not responded to multiple emails and at least 3 calls during normal business hours. I'm wondering if he's out of business, but if not, then something is up. He used to be very responsive, so this is a change that is quite recent.

I canceled my services after 3years with this company after I dissolved my business, as a registered agent was no longer required. A week or so after I canceled services, I had a concern about an important mailing that was sent to them but I could never get my registered agent to return any of my numerous emails, phone calls or texts. Over 2 weeks passed and no response. Still no response as if yet. It's as if they blocked me as soon as I canceled services. Customer service should be a priority for all clients present, past and possible future. I am very disappointed with how all communications just dropped as soon as I canceled services. Sadly, I would not recommend this company.

The business seems to have closed or non-responsive. They have been my registered agent for 2 years now, never had issues. Like many other have noted recently they aren’t answering emails or calls. I have been trying to reach Marc via phone/email fax for over a month now to no avail.

Excellent service provided by Nevada Registered Agent Service. Marc was available on-call to assist me with very last minute filing for a new LLC during the holiday long weekend. Received the business entity filing acknowledgement within hours. Thank you, highly recommended.

This fraudster took our money and VANISHED. We called, left VMs, sent texts, emails, FB Messenger...nothing. Just vanished and left us hanging. We had to hire another RA to get our filing done in time. Stay away. This criminal should be prosecuted for fraud.
